Our Registration Coordinator may call you to obtain information about your insurance coverage and other information necessary to register you for surgery. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your surgery, the Registration Coordinator will assist you in getting answers.
We offer preoperative visits at each center to reduce anxiety prior to surgery. Children can especially benefit from a preoperative visit. The tour provides an opportunity to meet with a registered nurse and anesthesiologist to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your procedure. To schedule a visit prior to your surgery please call the Hancock Surgery Center.
Depending on your insurance provider, our Patient Accounts Coordinator may also call you to arrange for payment of any deductible, co-insurance or co-payment.
